Accessibility and stairs:
Exterior includes a raised pathway from the road/driveway to the side entrance and the riverside front of the cottage. Two steps up and two steps from the pathway into the cottage. One additional step from the mudroom into the living area. Decking and stone landscaping include 1 to 3 steps to get around outside.
