This immaculately kept home offers an 8 bed, 2 bath layout, making it perfect for a large family vacation. Come, stay, and relax at The Big Tub Paradise. For those who love the great outdoors, The Big Tub Paradise boasts a captivating natural setting. The highlight of the property is the spacious outdoor area featuring a fire pit in the front yard, where you can gather around and listen to the waves crash against the shore, and roast marshmallows into the evening. The property is surrounded by towering, mature cedar trees, providing not only a beautiful backdrop but also an extra layer of privacy. This lush greenery creates a serene ambiance, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Beyond the comforts of the property, you'll find yourself conveniently located near popular attractions in Tobermory. Explore the charming village, visit Flowerpot Island, or embark on exciting adventures like boating, snorkeling and diving in the crystal-clear waters. The Grotto and Chi-Cheemaun are must-visit natural wonders nearby. Hiking trails, such as the Bruce Peninsula National Park, offer endless exploration opportunities, while local shops and restaurants in Tobermory provide a taste of the local culture. With a total of 8 thoughtfully designed beds, our property comfortably accommodates large groups, making it ideal for family gatherings, reunions, or a friends' retreat. Each room is tastefully furnished to provide a cozy and comfortable environment. The property features two well-appointed bathrooms to ensure convenience for all guests. The living spaces are adorned with modern furnishings, offering comfort and style. The open concept kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. Immediately upon entry you will be greeted with a spacious kitchen, large family dining table, and open concept living room for hosting. The living room includes two large sofas, a smart tv, and tons of games for the entire family. Rain or shine, this home has so much to do no matter the weather. Right off of the living room a spacious, well-appointed primary bedroom awaits, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed and large windows that allow the natural light to flood in. For ease of travel we have provided a crib in the main floor master bedroom. This room has the main floor 3pc bathroom attached, with a locking door that can be accessed from the far end of the house as well. This space includes a large closet with a stackable high efficiency washer and dryer for guest use.
You will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen, and new appliances for cooking large meals. We have provided our guests with all of the basic necessities they will need during cooking, as well as all of the utensils needed for the propane BBQ! Right off of the kitchen you will find the second main floor bedroom with a double bed.
We also have high speed Star Link internet for your use at the cottage!
Upstairs offers a two bedroom, one bathroom layout. In the first bedroom there is a double bed, a twin bed and an independent workplace. There is a 3pc bathroom with a stand up shower, with the fourth bedroom beside it. This bedroom is perfect for the kiddos- with a four bed layout. The bunk bed has a double bed, single bed on top, and pull out single trundle. Across from there is a single bed, and lots of room to play during those rainy days!
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay. Guests will access the property through the front door with an automatic keypad. We will send out the check-in instructions the day prior to travel to ensure guests have everything they need for ease of travel.
We welcome all guests, and want to share our beautiful cottage with others so they can make long lasting memories in Tobermory, like our family has. We ask that you and your family make yourselves at home, and respect our home as if it were your own during your stay. We have an excellent relationship with our neighbours, and we ask that you uphold that relationship while you are visiting.
