Our small but cozy 3 bedroom cottage with separate 1 bd bunkie steps from the cottage offers a serene view of Otter Lake.
Spend your day exploring nature on the lake with our kayaks or peddle boat, cast a rod, or just relax at the dock.
You can also take a hike in the forest behind the cottage or take a long walk on the gravel road.
Our cottage offers a unique layout. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, sleeps 5, a living room, and an eat-in kitchen.
The 3rd bedroom is the bunkie, just steps from the cottage and sleeps 4. This offers privacy between your family members or friend group.
The large 3 piece bathroom is in a separate bunkie, just 2 steps out the backdoor of the kitchen, allowing total privacy while using the bathroom.
Large wrap around deck with plenty of seating for relaxing or enjoying meals.
4 person table and chairs, 2 large Adirondack chairs, 2 person bistro set and a large picnic table.
The firepit is off the deck in the front with seating.
Our private dock is on Otter Lake and is just a few steps across the gravel road and can be seen from the cottage.
If you want to bring a small boat, you can launch it at the McLean Boat Launch down the street and drive the boat over to our dock.
The wood stove in the cottage is not offered to guests in the summer season.
We offer guests full use of our cottage, bunkies, and dock.
We provide a peddle boat, 2 kayaks, and some life jackets. Use at your own risk.
Our cottage sits on an acre of land. Hiking up the hill behind the cottage will bring you to the top where you can explore the forest, birds, and plant life.
The property boundaries around the cottage are clear, and the parking is visibly outlined.
We ask that guests not go on other peoples docks.
