Ironwood is a modern lakeside retreat set on more than two private acres and surrounded by over 250 acres of Crown.

Designed as a quiet escape into nature, the home pairs clean architectural lines with warm oak, natural materials, fluted wood details, antique bronze accents and thoughtfully layered lighting. The result is refined without feeling precious — a cottage designed for long mornings, dinners by the lake and weekends that move at a slower pace.

Ironwood accommodates up to 10 guests across three private bedrooms and a custom bunk room, with generous gathering spaces indoors and out.

THE COTTAGE

At the heart of Ironwood is a light-filled great room with 16-foot ceilings, expansive windows and a wood-burning fireplace, opening to a chef's kitchen centred around a 10-foot fluted island and pass-through bar.

The entire upper floor is dedicated to the primary retreat — approximately 700 square feet with a spacious ensuite and private treetop terrace overlooking the property.

Two additional bedrooms on the main floor — one king and one queen — share a full bathroom, while the walk-out level includes a custom bunk room with four double beds, integrated millwork and its own dedicated bathroom.

Downstairs, a bar, games area, movie lounge and gym create a separate space to settle in after a day on the lake.
