All seasons White Pine Cottage on Long Lake/ Half Lake near Algonquin Park, with sunny sandy beach, clear water, and mature white pines. In Winter the Cottage is a snowy wonderland, with a frozen lake to explore for skating and ice fishing, snowmobiling, and hiking trails. Enjoy the beach bonfire and indoor wood fireplace, two patios, sunroom with relaxing patio furniture, and a BBQ. Cottage is great for large groups with a fully-equipped kitchen. The lower-level walkout has a huge playroom.
The space
5 bedrooms and 3 full washrooms.
The cottage has 3 spacious levels, with room for everyone. The top level is the master bedroom, one queen bed and a futon, with sitting room, ensuite bathroom, and two balconies- one for sunrise and the other for sunset.
The main floor has a mudroom, kitchen, living room with woodstove, dining room, full bathroom, 3 bedrooms,(queen bed, double bed, bunky 2 singles) and seasonal sunroom. Patio access from the kitchen and sunroom to the bbq and beach.
The sunroom is a seasonal screened-in room with dining table, chairs, and coffee nook. The perfect place to enjoy the lake view with your favorite beverage and meal.
The lower level has a professionally-designed playroom for all ages, with many books, toys, and foosball table. There is also a living room with futon and a single pull out bed , and a private bedroom. The lower level walkout has direct access to the beach.
The attached garage provides storage for seasonable sport equipment, a second fridge, and chopped firewood (for additional fee). The ping pong table is available in the garage during warm months.
The property has a very large flat front yard that is perfect for group games/sports. private beach, surrounded by mature pine trees. You get the feeling of being in your own private forest, in a beach house!
