## House Rules

- Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
- No loud parties or events
- No pets allowed
- No smoking indoors. A $500 penalty applies for indoor smoking.

## Security & Privacy

For the safety and security of our guests and property, outdoor security cameras monitor the driveway and waterfront area, including the dock.

There are no cameras inside the cottages or in any private indoor spaces.

## Community Safety Reminder

For everyone's safety, please observe the posted **30 km/h speed limit** when driving along 13th Line and Birch Point Road after turning off Highway 30.

Many of our neighbours walk along this road with their children and pets. We kindly ask all guests to drive slowly and respect the speed limit throughout their stay.
