Your Stay Includes:
Full access to all three cottages on the property - this means no other cottagers can book the other cabins during your stay! You will have ample parking for all your vehicles, boats, and gear. There is an outdoor shower – perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach

Cottage Breakdown:.
The Main Cottage (waterfront) has 4 bedrooms, 6 beds and 2 bath. There are 3 queen beds, 2 singles in bunk bed style, and one pull out double bed (brand new with mattress topper)

Cottage 2 - 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, 1 bath. The one bedroom has a queen bed, then the next bedroom offers a bunk bed layout with a double in the bottom and single on top, with a double pull out couch in the living room.

Cottage 3 - 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 1 bath.
Bedroom one is a bunk bed layout with two singles, and the second bedroom is a double bed with a pullout double bed in the living room.

Each Bunkie holds 6, and the main house holds 10 :)

Each cottage includes its own BBQ and campfire area for those evening cookouts and cozy nights around the fire.
A beautifully enhanced beach frontage, ideal for families to enjoy the sand, sun, and water.
The property offers beach cruisers, paddleboards, cornhole boards, yard games, and kayaks for endless fun on the water. You have lots nearby to bike to in the summertime as we have nearby eateries, shops, and lots of trails to follow.

About the Beach:
Our cottage is located right on beautiful Ipperwash Beach, with its soft sand and stunning Lake Huron sunsets. From time to time, floating pulp debris from pulp mills in Michigan can wash up along the shoreline, particularly at low tide. It's a natural occurrence in the area and does not interfere with swimming or enjoying the beach. If you'd prefer to stroll further along the shoreline during these times, we provide large beach wagons so you can easily carry your gear to a pristine stretch of sand just a short walk away.

With all three cottages available to you, there's no shortage of space, comfort, and fun. Enjoy an idyllic lakeside experience where adventure and relaxation come together in one unforgettable location. Book your stay today and make memories that will last a lifetime!

When you book with us, you'll have full access to all three cottages on the property, providing you and your group with plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy the perfect lakeside escape. In addition to the cottages, you'll also have access to the lakefront, so you can spend your days on the water, whether you're paddling, swimming, or launching your boat or Sea-Doo directly from the beach.

Our property also includes ample parking for all your vehicles, boats, and gear—there's plenty of space for everything you need to make your stay comfortable and convenient. You're welcome to explore every spot on the property that isn't locked, ensuring you can enjoy the full experience of this private lakeside retreat.

From the cottages to the beach to the parking areas, we've designed this space to be as accessible and inviting as possible for your group to make the most of every moment spent here.

There is a strict 11 p.m. noise limit that is enforced at the property. We have neighbors and are close to other cottages so we will reach out to you and ask you top quiet down after 11 p.m. Please respect these quiet times as we respect our neighbors.
