NO OPEN FLAMES / CANDLES INDOORS

Our neighborhood has families and children and we expect our guests to respect the sound bylaws at all times, excessive noise or music is prohibited after 11 pm.

We require all adult guests staying at our cottage to have their identity verified.

A house manual is provided within the cottage for our guests with information to help make your stay comfortable.

Violation of any of the house rules will result in an immediate eviction.

Unit has a noise level monitoring device Alertify.
Cameras are located on the property for security purposes.
