Note: Located in the quiet Ellerslie-Bideford community on the western side of Prince Edward Island, along the sheltered tidal waters of the Bideford/Grand River as it opens toward Malpeque Bay. Tucked just off Route 2 on a peaceful, no-through country lane, the property blends big-sky water views with pastoral farmland—think red-clay fields, spruce windbreaks, and working oyster leases at low tide. Where Sunsets paint the bay, and seabirds glide over the flats!
