Relaxing getaway retreat. Western facing with increadible sunsets most nights. I have lived here for almost 20 years in retirement and will be in the garage/carriage house not far away most days. Would be ideal for 5 person family. May include small dog if advised. Cottage is newly painted with wood fireplace and wood heating stove alhough not used in summer, nice in fall. Large decking surrounds cottage with newer seating. Has fire table for ambient viewing. Wood firepit at rear of cottage. Large stone walkway leads to Deepwater docks with sitting area. Over 200 feet of shoreline for exploring children. Few bugs until dusk.
