| This was booked for a friend. Tom was absolutely incredible, first of all. Made sure that my friend had what she needed all on his own.
The cottage is sublime. The kitchen is spectacular and we'll stocked. I had to make orders for birthday folks, and the cottage had everything I needed to bake. The view out back is unreal. Back deck is fantastic. Bedrooms, bathrooms...the whole experience was perfect. Definitely a new favorite. Thanks, Tom!!!

| We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Sunrise Beach House. The house was immaculately clean upon arrival and very well equipped with everything you would need for a comfortable stay, plus many additional thoughtful touches. The sound of the waves crashing against the shore was incredibly calming and made us feel like we were on the ocean. The house is well situated in close proximity to Point Pelee National park, Wheatley Provincial Park and the towns of Kingsville and Leamington. So, there is plenty to do and places to explore. We would gladly stay here again!

Modern, convenient, homey. All details thought of, including extras for our pups! The owners had excellent response times, and were very easy to get a hold of, if needed.
Very conveniently located on the beach - sandy, no seaweed. Great back deck.
Nice, modern appliances and newly renovated.
Can't wait to return!

We had a well deserved & relaxing week with my 2 sister & their husbands.

| Our stay at this beautiful beach house was wonderful from start to finish. We thoroughly appreciated all the lovely touches in this very well appointed home and loved the sounds of the waves on Lake Erie. Watching the fire flies dance around the yard in the evenings was magical. Our stay was relaxing and peaceful. Thank you to Tom and Olivia for your prompt replies to our questions and for sharing your little paradise with us.
