This spacious, well-appointed summer home is located on a quiet street centrally located. It is ideal for families, small groups or couples. Wake up an enjoy your morning tea or coffee on the spacious back deck. Take a short walk to the south beach with beach amenities supplied or to the main strip to enjoy the sunset. Book a tee time, browse the markets, or hike though the Pinery. Visit nearby wineries or breweries. Snuggle up to an outdoor fire and enjoy a bbq and outdoors games in the spacious yard. This recently built, (previous cute and cozy was destroyed by fire in March 2020) family-owned summer home is suitable for a family, couples or small groups 25+ years old. The cottage can comfortably sleep 8 and offers 3 bedrooms (king and 2 queen beds) and a pull-out couch (queen) and 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite). It is equipped with everything you need for your weekend retreat or vacation. It is child friendly, and I offer many amenities to make the parents lives simpler. Recently finished lower level space.
