In the summertime - with the sandy, beach-style waterfront and gradual entry for swimming, it's the ideal spot for families with young children. Enjoy a large platform dock perfect for sunbathing or launching a canoe, and a grassy area for lawn games and play. Two kayaks and a stand up paddle board included for you to explore the calm bay. Kids will love the sandbox area and play structure, while adults can unwind with a drink and take in the view from the brand-new spacious deck. In the evenings, cozy up under the stars with our fire pit - the perfect cottage companion for stories, s'mores and unforgettable memories.

Inside, you'll find a bright and welcoming space with room for up to 12 guests to sleep comfortably. The basement was fully renovated in 2025 to create more space for sleeping and relaxing indoors on those rainy days. Includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, mudroom, den, and laundry room with washer and dryer. The kitchen, renovated in 2020, includes a dishwasher and large table with seating for 10 people.
