This stunning brand new (2025 built) cottage is located on the best Balsam Lake in Kawartha with your very own lakefront. Set amongst the charming tree lined shore of Balsam lake, this stunning cottage sleeps 12 comfortably. We offer direct access to the water and the most breathtaking view you could imagine. The cottage is within a short drive (15 minutes) to Fenelon Falls with local small shops, grocery stores and restaurants. The main floor of this cottage has cathedral ceilings, open plan living room with large fireplace and kitchen with a large granite island and stainless steel appliances (including a dishwasher and filtered drinking water). The master bedroom and second bedroom are on this level. There is also a washer and dryer on site. Cottage sleeps 12 people in 5 bedrooms and 7 baths. Master bedroom offers king bed with ensuite bathroom, large walk-in closet and walk out balcony with lake view. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower level of the home has 3 bedrooms. The third and fourth bedroom has a jack & jill bathroom, with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. The last bedroom has a double bed with 2 single beds, with an ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. There is a games room downstairs with a pool table, foosball and board games and a fireplace. We also offer a movie theatre style room with very comfortable home theater seating. The outside amenities include a hot tub, sauna, water activities (kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, etc.). There is no sandy beach but the access to water is very shallow, very clean/ clear and safe for kids. The water gradually gets deeper and remains below waist level for the first 15-20m.

| This cottage is absolutely beautiful—both inside and out. It's modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. The deck and backyard were stunning, and we were lucky to have great weather during our stay. The kids especially loved the sandy-entry to the water and had a blast with the water toys and rafts. The indoor theatre was a hit with everyone, regardless of age! We would absolutely book another stay here. Thanks for hosting our group!

| Stayed 2.5 weeks in August. The place is spectacular. The kitchen was amazing and there were several seating areas for family dinners. Highlights include the movie room for the kids, lounge chairs on the second level to watch the incredible sunsets and swimming area which is very shallow and safe for young children. Host was very attentive and replied to any questions we had in a very timely manner. Will book again.
