Enjoy the comfort of country-living-meets-beach-getaway at Riverview Ridge, in the heart of Grand Bend village. Just seconds off the main strip, 1 minute off the public docks and a 7-minute walk to the beach, this cozy house in a quieter part of the village has all the necessities you need for your Grand Bend family vacation. Featuring five bedrooms across two stories, we welcome families and adult couples (30+) looking to enjoy a beach vacation in a family-friendly neighbourhood. Retreat to the intimate backyard for a BBQ and campfire after a relaxing day at the beach or out on the water. Or enjoy a refreshment on the front porch or lawn games in the front yard. On a rainy day, play a board game around the coffee table or catch up on your favourite Netflix show on the SMART TV. Riverview Ridge is homey, quirky and extremely convenient. With the ability to host up to 8 people, the home also allows you to operate the upstairs autonomously from the main floor, should you wish. The entire property is exclusively yours when you rent, excluding the basement. We welcome families and adult couples (30+) looking to enjoy a beach vacation in a family-friendly neighbourhood. This home is not appropriate for parties or rowdy groups. We provide most toiletries (initial toilet paper, shampoo/ conditioner and hand soap; please bring your own towels).
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, plates, utensils, etc., including most cooking basics (oil, salt, pepper, etc.).
Beds come with comforters/ blankets, mattress protectors, pillows and pillow protectors (please bring your own top and bottom sheets and pillow cases).
Full week (Saturday to Saturday) bookings are preferred, but in keeping with differing family's travel/ vacation needs, we now accept weekend and mid-week bookings.
