Use the canoe or inflatable paddle board to explore the lake, and the games room will surely keep your guests entertained. This cottage has it all, with more than enough space for activities, relaxation and privacy. The cottage also features a bunk house for those who want some more space from the main group.

Other things to note
? Please do not use the indoor fireplace - use the floor heaters if necessary
? Please do not park on the grass or road - there is parking for up to 6 cars in the driveway
? Please bring your own firewood
? Heating, but no AC. Fans inside the property and breeze from the lake maintains a good temperature
? The water is safe to drink but may taste funny due to being well water - we suggest bringing your own drinking water
? You can launch a boat at Oak Shores Marina which is very close. Please note that we have two docks - one is a lounging hexagon dock, please don?t dock there. There?s a boat dock close to it that you can use
? The bunky has a loft as well as bunkbeds on the main level - the door to the bunky does not lock, it's a sliding door
? Inside of the bunky there are ladder style stairs going up to a loft that overlooks the living room- the loft has a king size and a double bed mattresses on the floor. There is no door
ADDITIONAL RULES:
No parties ? We have installed a NoiseAware noise monitoring system. This tamper-proof monitor is used to measure decibel levels (noise levels) within the home. It does NOT record or monitor conversations, it is simply used to track how loud it is at a given time. ? The exterior is also subject to surveillance. ? Quiet hours between 11pm and 7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously, please be considerate to neighbours. ? No unauthorized visitors or guests. Please let us know if you intend on having additional guests. ? Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you are going to smoke, please do so outside of the home and dispose of cigarette butts. ? No pets.
