Welcome to our beautifully updated and air conditioned cottage nestled along the scenic shores of the Cardigan River. With breathtaking,unobstructed waterfront, views looking South across the Cardigan River, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with family or friends. Stroll along the beach or gather around a bonfire. Take advantage of the safe and calm waters with a paddle in our kayaks or on a paddle board. Or, simply unwind with your morning coffee or evening drinks on the second-floor deck overlooking the river. The spacious property invites you to enjoy sunny afternoons of fun in the spacious yard or on the water and find quiet moments in the shade on our covered deck or sunroom.

Inside, the cozy charm continues. Our cottage features 4 comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Upstairs, you'll find the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, plus two additional bedrooms, each with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is located on the main floor and includes a queen-sized bed. There are two full bathrooms, one upstairs with a shower and bathtub, and another downstairs with a shower and a convenient washer and dryer. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including a fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, as well as small appliances like a coffee maker and toaster, plus all the kitchen essentials. After a day of adventure, relax by the propane fireplace or take in the view from the sunroom, filled with natural light and overlooking the river. We do love animals, but no pets allowed.
