During popular times of the year (holidays & summer), our rates are best suited for larger groups as we comfortably sleep up to 16 lovely peeps. Outside of those periods, our rates start at groups of 6 peeps or less, with a pocketbook-friendly fee for each additional loved one you wanna bring. Muskoka Lakeside ------------------------ Gotta love a Muskoka lakeside cottage getaway with a sandy beach, pro volleyball net and horseshoes! The beach doubles as the entry way to the frozen lake in Winter - perfect for ice hockey, skating, ice fishing, curling, whatever your heart desires :) Hot Tub ----------- Whether you like a quiet soak with your partner, or a boisterous splash with friends, enjoy the bubbles and lakeside views in the outdoor hot tub (open all year round) Sauna ---------- Bask in the warmth of the wood-fired sauna while overlooking the lake. Jump out and roll around in the water or snow for a refreshing (and healthy) gasp, erm, giggle Games Room ---------------- Shrieks of laughter spring from the vintage games room - endowed with a stand-up piano; a skeeball machine (popular 1950's arcade game a bit like the love-child of bowling & target practice); a crokinole board (1860's French-Canadian game kinda like indoor curling); the classic dartboard; and, of course, copious board games

Outside is more than two acres set in a forest. Inside is spacious and open plan to maximise the sociability. Besides the copious bedrooms and bathrooms ( five and four, respectively ), there's a games room and two living rooms. Life is bigger with six couches

| This was such a well enjoyed girls' getaway, even in the off-season and colder weather! The cottage was incredibly spacious, and the beautiful wood-burning fireplace kept us cosy and comfortable all week. We all commented on how generous and well-designed the layout was. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, and perfectly spread out to allow for privacy and minimize noise between rooms.
The cottage was stocked with everything we needed and more, and we loved having access to the kayaks and canoe, especially with plenty of lifejackets provided. Even in the cooler temperatures, getting out on the water was peaceful and memorable.
Our only complaint was that the jets and temperature setting on the hot tub weren't functioning. However, the hot tub itself was still a highlight — warm, relaxing, and the perfect place to take in sunsets and stargaze in the crisp evening air.
Overall, it was a fantastic off-season stay, and we left feeling refreshed and grateful for such a beautiful, cozy space.
