| We just wanted a few days away to catch the leaves changing and we got a lot more than we thought we would. Not only was the drive up stunning, when we travelled down the road to the lake, we were so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful log home, which we would call ours for a couple of days.
As a bit of a clean freak lol that I am, I'm always hesitant when we rent a place but when I opened the door, I was 100% so impressed not just with the views and the stunning cottage but also with the level of cleanliness. The beautiful beds and linens, towels etc made us feel so at home.
Two beautiful fireplaces and a woodburning stove, and ample wood kept us warm and cosy everywhere we went in the cottage.
I would love to see this place in the dead of winter with all the snow, and in the middle of summer when you can swim and boat.
We will be coming back we just had to decide in what season. Maybe all of them. You have a beautiful place.

Owner response: Ron & Cathy - we are so happy you loved our place as much as we do! Thank you for your very kind words, between us and our property manager, we truly strive to make the stay as perfect as we would want when getting away. As you know, we are a year-round property, and would definitely love to have you return!

| We enjoyed every moment at the Kawagama Shoreline cottage. From the welcoming baskets of snacks and Keurig coffee supplies, to the Renter's binder ... which answered every question, and the dry stacked firewood by the fireplaces and wood stove (which we didn't think we'd use but oh yes, a couple of nights were brisk!). Snug little harbor, perfect for docking our small boat, and, a plus, virtually no cross traffic as we were the last cottage on our side. The master bed and bath were heavenly. I could go on but before I turn this into a novel, suffice it to say we would be delighted to return any time to your cozy retreat in the woods.

Owner response: We're absolutely delighted to hear that during your time at Kawagama Shoreline you embraced everything the cottage has to offer—from the cozy fires on brisk nights to the peaceful lake and the comforts of the master suite. It's wonderful to know the welcome touches helped make your stay seamless and relaxing. We truly appreciate your kind words and would be honored to welcome you back any time to our little retreat in the woods. Until then, we'll be keeping the firewood stacked and the coffee stocked just for you!
