***IMPORTANT***Is this the right cottage for your group? We are part of a small bay with just six cottages (opening onto a large lake), and three of the six—including ours—are rented regularly during the summer. As a small group of cottage owners, we're committed to keeping the bay a respectful and peaceful place for everyone to enjoy. Because of that, we do ask all renters to agree to a GOOD NEIGHBOUR CLAUSE:
As the principal renter, we'd ask that you ensure your group: 1...Conduct themselves considerately, respecting the rights of other residents and neighbours to enjoy a quiet and peaceful setting. 2...That only guests noted on the contract (to be provided) and therefore the owners are aware of anyone who would be on the property. 3...Refrain from creating excessive noise, disturbances, (especially after 10pm -8am outside) or engaging in activities that could be considered disruptive or a nuisance to others in the bay.
We understand that some vacationers are looking for a more social or party-style atmosphere, and we just want to be upfront that our location likely wouldn't be the right fit for that. Our goal is to set clear expectations from the start and help avoid any misunderstandings or disappointment—for you and for your neighbours. If this setup doesn't feel like the right fit for your group, we completely understand and encourage you to find a space that works better for your needs.
Where you will be staying...
A beautiful big lake with loads of fishing... Bass, pike, pickerel, crappy, to name a few
A 5min walk to the marina , to launch your own boat, last minute loaf of bread or grab an ice cream!

| We had such a great stay. The cottage is really well laid out for either a large group or families. Lots of space to be together in the great room and nice size bedrooms and comfy beds for sleeping. The kitchen (and entire cottage) has everything you need. Beautiful big deck overlooking the lake. On a quiet little bay on the lake. Close to Parry Sound for a little day trip or for picking up things. Communication with hosts was great. Very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely book again.

| We all loved this beautiful cottage with lots of room. It's much bigger than the pictures appear. It has so many areas to join in a crowd along with so many areas for nice quiet relaxing time as well. It's on a beautiful quiet lake with picturesque views on & off the water. Lots of room on the deck too with a combination of sun or shade with beautiful trees all around. This cottage is great for families or a perfect adult get away with friends. We ventured into Party Sound & loved all that it has to offer such as great places to eat on & off the water, amazing local brewery, distillery, great boat tours and sooo much more. We have been a couple of times & wld definitely recommend this gem! The owners are really helpful & easy to work with.

| A fabulous stay just outside of Parry Sound! It is extremely well equipped. Everything we needed was here. Comfortable beds, an extra refrigerator, a second bathroom and large seating area in the basement make this a great place to stay for a multi generational family, or a larger group. The deck has comfortable chairs, and a view over the water. The beach area has a fireplace which we loved watching the night sky! We weren't here in the hot weather, so we didn't swim, but would love to get back here and use the beach and lake!! Make sure you take a walk to the local dam and head into Parry Sound where you have to pop into the Used Book Store and the Local Brewery, Trestle Brewery. Lots to do in the area! Our hosts answered questions readily and suggested sites to see!! We will definitely be booking again!

| We loved this cottage and were so happy we chose it. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Beautiful decor! A well-equipped kitchen! Cosy fireplace indoors and out! Super comfortable beds! Spectacular views! Many places to sit and enjoy some chill time but also nice area to hike and enjoy nature around every corner. Can't wait to return and try out the brand new sauna! This will be our first choice for Parry Sound area. Also must mention: The owners are the nicest people, most accommodating and very responsive in all our communications.
