Cottage Rentals Available in MUSKOKA - 3 Cottages - Rent Together or Individually

Located in the village of Severn Falls about 1.5 hours from Toronto. Our water front property is spread over 1 acre of land on 350 feet of shoreline on the Trent Severn Waterway near Big Chute lock.

Severn Falls Cottages consists of 3 separate fully equipped waterfront cottages.
The Muskoka has 4 bedrooms and sleeps 8, 1 KING, 3 QUEEN BEDS -$500/night*
The Severn has 2 bedrooms and sleeps5- 7 - 1 QUEEN BED, 1 TRUNDLE BED (1 SINGLE & 2 DOUBLE BEDS) -$350/night*
The Trent has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 5 - 2 QUEEN BED & 1 BUNKBED (2 SINGLE BEDS)- $350/night*
The cottages can be rented individually or as a group. $1150/night*

Just a 2 minute walk from the cottages is the village of Severn Falls where you will find The River Emporium general store, ice cream parlor, fully licensed restaurant and a marina with boat launch.

We rent our cottages from May to October. There is 3 NIGHT Minimum stay all months other than July and August. In July and August we rent from FRIDAY to FRIDAY, ONE WEEK Minimum.

Enjoy The Riverhouse Restaurant, a fully licensed restaurant with an outdoor patio and excellent home style meals for those days you just don't feel like cooking.
