Please understand because of our renovations, we have a NO DOG POLICY. This means no dogs are allowed in the cottages or on our property. Please let friends know to leave their pets at home. Thank you for understanding! :) We have had an abundance of wildlife visiting due to the No Dog Policy, foxes playing, hummingbirds, mourning doves, bald eagles, bank swallows, and even a chipmunk or two. 2027: Continuing exterior renovations including new wood siding and trim, moving the campfire area over for more privacy, interior upgrades to a new microwave and maybe a new stove. Stay tuned! :) 2026: New beds and mattresses in all bedrooms, bran new flooring, trim and baseboard. Newly painted walls and ceiling and beams throughout the whole cottage, new bedroom and bathroom solid doors, new sofa, couch and loveseat set, new refurbished dresser in master bedroom, newly bright kitchen lighting and quiet fans in every room. A new patio sliding door that has been moved to allow for a larger sitting area inside. New decor throughout the cottage. The patio door opening is now 32 inches instead of a mere 19 inches. New Coffee maker, faster wifi and new utensils. Guernsey Cove Cottages is a special place where you can feel the peacefulness of life. You can always hear the waves of the ocean while you sit on our new decks sipping coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings. You may even see some new entertainment such as a whale or a pod of porpoises swimming in the Northumberland Strait. Around 11 pm at night, the Northumberland Strait is lit up by a cruise ship leaving the Charlottetown port.
A pair of Bald Eagles who visit us most mornings and sit on the top of the tree squawking at the crows and visa versa. It is quite a site to see. The beach is always changing with a complete mixture of all PEI beaches. Red cliffs, white sand, seaweed and always a piece of sea glass waiting for you to find.
Once you turn down the lane of Guernsey Cove Cottages, you will feel stress free.

| Our cottage was bright and cheerful on the outside and spacious and modern on the inside. All three of us walked in and said "Wow! I love it". It was well equipped and tastefully decorated, with a lovely big deck and an unobstructed view of the Northumberland Straight. The host, Anne Morgan, showed us so much hospitality. Our welcome and send-off was so warm and Anne was available whenever we needed her. The laundry shed was always open to help ourselves to whatever supplies we needed - the vibe was abundance and generosity. The best part of PEI for us is always the shore - which was easily accessible from the cottage - perfect for beachcombing and enjoying the water. Our week at the cottage was a perfect getaway where time slowed down and the only thing we heard was the sound of the waves - so relaxing and restorative after the noise and traffic of the city. Ten out of ten experience. Can't recommend highly enough!

| We had a wonderful stay in the 2-bedroom cottage at Guernsey Cove. Anne, the owner, has done a super renovation and thought of everything to make the stay as comfortable as possible. The view from the cottage porch is spectacular and very peaceful.

| I love this place
I used to think vacations were anywhere that you went, take a cruise, go to an all-inclusive resort, anywhere that wasn't home and wasn't work. I've come to appreciate this cottage in Prince Edward Island as the only true vacation that we take. It's the only place to go where we don't feel pressure to do anything else, we could just sit, relax, look out at the water and unwind.
Everything else is an adventure. don't get me wrong, You can have an adventure here as well, but nowhere else is it truly a vacation where you can feel the stress and pressure from wherever you've come from just fall away.
We have been coming to this cottage for so many years that I can't even remember. The owners take tremendous pride in this property, and they consistently upgrade and improve.
There's nowhere else like this. We look forward to returning every year more than going anywhere else.

| I, my son and my partner, and our little dog spent a week in August in this beautiful place at PEI. It was one of our best vacations. The cottage is very clean and comfortable, organized, anything you need is there. We appreciated access to the laundry room. The hostess was very friendly and always ready to answer any question in a very short time, communication was easy. We loved the privacy of the place, closeness to the beach, view of the ocean, and that our dog could run freely on the lawn. We would love to come back.
