A peaceful 4 season sandy beachfront cottage on Jack Lake in the Kawarthas. This lakefront cottage offers families a luxury vacation experience located just two hours from Toronto. Jack Lake has some of the best water and fishing in Ontario. In the summer months enjoy amazing views from the dock all day long, campfires with firewood provided on the private beach, and relax on the newly rebuilt expansive deck. Enjoy the sandy bottom walk-in beach shoreline perfect for small children to play or jump off at the end of the dock. Complete with included water toys such as kayaks, canoes, and paddle boats. Enjoy on-the-beach activities such as volleyball, badminton, and horseshoes. In the fall the trees begin to change in a kaleidoscope of colours and the cottage becomes the perfect place to get away for a romantic weekend or just to hang out with friends. Enjoy four-wheeling or bilking on the Ontario trails minutes away from the cottage, No trailering is required. Cottage sleeps 10 and has 5 bedrooms. Large deck overlooking the lake with BBQ to enjoy a nice relaxing meal time. Selection of books to pick from that you can curl up with and read or pull out some board games and cards. Linens are provided but towels are not. large spacious kitchen with two fridges. Weekdays and weekends available during winter and spring with the 2-day minimal rental. Weekly rentals are from Saturday - Saturday. | We had an amazing week at The Lake House on Jack Lake. The hosts, Vito and Antonella were so welcoming and made everything easy for us. The cottage was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, both inside and out. Having the second fridge was great, especially for our large family. We especially loved the beautiful outdoor space—it was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the lake, and spending time together, the kids enjoyed diving off the dock, and fishing in the evenings. We loved having the Adirondack chairs on the dock to enjoy the view. The property was easily accessible for our senior parents which made our stay even more enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

| Our family had an amazing week at the Lakehouse cottage. The cottage has everything you need, the 2nd fridge is a bonus considering the size of our family. The kids loved the sand beach as well as the sand toys. The adults enjoyed spending the afternoons floating on the various inflatables that are available. The lake water was fantastic, nice and deep off the dock for young and old to practice their diving skills. Can't say enough about the hosts, Antonella and Vito were always available to answer any questions.
Can't wait till next year.

| Outstanding. Great, spacious 5 BR cottage. Sandy beach with a great fire pit, wood supplied.
Great for kids and adults.
Hosts supply virtually everything. U really only have to bring food and beversges. Tons of outdoor toys, indoor games, books, etc. Good fishing right off the dock. Everything is top notch
BTW, well water is excellent for drinking. U don't haver to bring water.
Out family had a great time.
Definetely would rent again.

| We stayed at this beautiful cottage in early June with a group of 10 people, and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. The property is absolutely stunning — peaceful, spacious, and fully equipped with everything you could want for a perfect lakefront vacation.
The cottage itself is extremely accommodating. there was plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably, hang out, and enjoy meals together. The kitchen and dining were well-stocked and perfect for group cooking . One of the biggest highlights was all the amazing outdoor amenities. The owners have gone above and beyond when it comes to water toys and equipment — there were canoes, kayaks, paddle boards, and even a paddle boat! We spent hours out on the water, enjoying the calm lake and soaking up the sun. It felt like a private resort.
There was also a fire pit perfect for roasting marshmallows, sharing stories, and cozying up under the stars. They even had firewood stocked and ready to go. The whole property felt like a summer dream.
The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, ideal for anyone looking to escape the city and truly relax. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the deck, exploring the lake, or unwinding by the fire in the evening, every moment was special.
If you're considering booking this cottage, don't hesitate — it's an absolute gem and perfect for large families or friend groups looking for a memorable, nature-filled getaway. We're already planning our return trip!

| We stayed at the Lake House on Jack for a team bonding weekend. The place was perfect for our group. The pictures don't do it justice how spacious it is. We had a big group everyone was comfortable the bedrooms are large with lots of storage space. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The common area was large enough to do some games with everyone involved.
The area is great you get a really nice drive in from the town of Apsley which has everything we needed. Snowmobile trails right at your doorstep
We used the rink in Apsley which was awesome.
We will definitely be coming back in the summer it must be beautiful. The view from the living room is like a picture (beautiful).
The hosts were very quick to reply with any questions we had.
