Kamaniskeg Lake is one of Ontario's premiere lakes. Crystal clear water, 90km of boating, fantastic swimming and incredible fishing all year round! Located directly on the lake, our beautiful and fully updated 4-season, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, family and pet-friendly cottage is only 10 minutes away from the lovely town of Barry's Bay. The town has several restaurants, two grocery stores, many wonderful gift shops, a pharmacy, an LCBO and a hospital! We're also less than an hour to Algonquin Park. Our fully renovated and updated cottage has central heat and air conditioning, beautiful appliances and a washer/ dryer! Three TVs all with Netflix. Fast Rogers 50mbps Wi-Fi. BBQ, gas fireplace, wood stove and two outdoor fire pits.
Our cottage has four interior bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Bedrooms 5 and 6 are *seasonal outdoor Bunkies with electricity, lighting and fans. The bunkies also have chargers for your phones, clothes storage and warm Sherpa blankets for cooler evenings.
*Bunkies are available from May-Oct for $99 per night (each).
Family friendly:
- Bedroom 2 features twin sized log bunk beds, the backyard has a swing set and kids have a blast fishing from our dock. Baby crib and high chair included.
Privacy:
- Two sides of the cottage back on to crown land, one side on to the lake, making our cottage perfect for those seeking privacy and quiet.
Safety:
- Smart smoke and CO2 detectors on both levels
- Fire extinguishers on both levels
Our dock provides excellent swimming and fishing. We have a boat slip should you want to bring your own boat, we also include a canoe with safety kit and life jackets!
We provide the following:
- Spare pillows and blankets
- Kitchen utensils, silverware, plates, pots, and pans
- Glasses, cups, and mugs
- BBQ includes propane plus a spare tank
- Canoe with life-jackets and safety kit (optional - $49 per day)
- Board games and puzzles (optional - $19)
- The kitchen has a reverse osmosis water filter tap for drinking water
- First Aid Kit
- Bathroom tissue and paper towels
- All 3 TVs have active Netflix subscription
Bed Linens & Towels (Optional - $75)
- Towels (beach towels, large bath towels, small hand towels)
- Bed linens (5 queen and twin bunk beds)
Professional Cleaning: ($130)
- Entire cottage is professionally cleaned
- All surfaces are disinfected
- All bed linens and towels are professionally cleaned
- All pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, mugs, and utensils are washed at high temperature
- Includes removal of garbage and recycling
Security Deposit Policy:
- As required by our insurance provider, a refundable security deposit must be received atleast 48 hours prior to check-in.
Guests may submit the deposit in one of the following ways:
- E-Transfer to: payments@oncottagetime.com
- Credit Card: A secure payment link can be provided upon request
The cottage must be left in the same clean and undamaged condition as it was upon check-in.
Any costs associated with damages or excessive cleaning will be deducted from the deposit.
If no deductions are necessary, the full $1,000 deposit will be refunded within 2 to 4 days after checkout. "
