This gorgeous and spacious modern beach house has been available to rent. Located on a quiet private lot in Sauble Beach, 8-minute walk from the public beach and 6-minute walk to shopping on Main Street. The cottage is a spacious 4100 sq. ft. perfect for large or extended-family vacations and includes: 2 large bedrooms upstairs (queen + single/ double bunk, and queen/double), 2 bedrooms on the main level (master with king bed and ensuite, and twin), and 2 bedrooms in the bright walk-out basement (Queen + Double futon, and Queen). A pull-out sofa is also available in the main level living room. Bed linens provided.
**Please note: this property is only licenced for rentals to a maximum of 6 adults and 3 children.

| We rented this for a girls weekend spring of 2025. We absolutely loved it! This rental had everything you need (and more) Only needed to pack food, clothes & towels. It was an amazing experience. This place is huge and has a lovely outdoor space as well. It was also in a handy location, walking distance to down town. The renters were great to deal with, easy communication even during our stay. Thank you for everything, see you next year!

| Mak's Beach House was everything and then some based on description provided. We are a group of 8 ladies who need a lot of space! Our pre-booked location fell through based on a sale, so we were very happy to find Mak's Beach House. The location is great - close to all amenities that Sauble Beach provides. Very short drive to main beach and restaurants. The home is very nice, clean and very spacious. The bonus for us was all having our own beds and lots of bathrooms! Hot tub was great - loved the outdoor area. Booking process was great as well! Our weather was ideal so we were able to enjoy some summer weather in September. I would definitely recommend this home to others! Thank you!

| We were six ladies who first met in 1969 at nursing school.
This cottage was perfect. Lots of areas to sit and visit. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed and food was a big part of our get away.
Short walk to the beautiful sandy beach. Wagon to take chairs and supplies.
Gizelle was great to work with and very accommodating.

| My large family had a difficult time finding a nice cottage with room for us all. Plenty of bathrooms and so much room to not feel crowded.
Mak's cottage easily accommodated us with 6 bedrooms so each family had enough room in the large bedrooms for parents and their children. Beautiful and spacious with fenced yard and playroom for the children to keep busy. Only 10 minute walk to beach and Main street. At night when children slept we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. It had everything you needed to enjoy a long weekend. Thank you for allowing us to finally get all together in one space and make memories. We will definitely be back.

| So thankful we found this beautiful home/cottage in our favourite place. Very clean, very spacious and accommodated our large family. The cottage has all the amenities you need and then some. Plenty for our young ones to play with and lovely deck for the adults to relax on. Our host was available if we had any questions, definitely going to rebook for next summer.
