Cozy 3 bedroom A frame cottage on Moira Lake. Extremely private and relaxing , conservation on one side. Minutes from the Centre Hastings Park and the West Highland Golf Course. Quiet lake for boating, kayaking etc. Public boat launch minutes away. Great fishing lake for musky, walleye, pike and bass. New 50 foot dock, as well as a new floating swim platform. Modern amenities include, central air conditioning, propane furnace, wood burning stove, dishwasher, bar fridge, clothes line, back up automatic generator. propane and charcoal bbq's. New patio furniture with propane gas fire table. 2 new kayaks, pedal boat and 1 new paddle board. Aluminum boat with oars. Freshly laundered bed linens & pillows. Please bring your own blankets/ comforters.
Complimentary dish soap, dishwasher tabs and hand soap. You will need to bring your own bath and beach towels.
Water is from a dug well, with a complete water softener & uv filter.
We are on septic so only bring septic friendly toilet paper.
Beautiful flagstone fire pit.
Lawn games include washer toss and corn hole.
65 inch tv with cable and high speed internet in the family room. 32 inch Roku tv in the dining room

| What fantastic weather we had during our week at this wonderful cottage!
My husband fished and I spent my time quilting.
Along with our two german shepherds, we enjoyed the morning sunrises and the fires in the evening at the firepit.
We brought our boat and took advantage of the expansive boating this lake had to offer.
This cottage is very well equipped and beautifully decorated.
A very peaceful, relaxing vacation getaway.

| The lake was amazing. I made a lot of use of the Kayak Tammey provided. Everything worked inside and outside the cottage.
Tammey was quick to respond with any questions. She allowed my partner and I to bring our Rottweiler.
We enjoyed our time thoroughly.

| Quiet and relaxing cottage on a dead end road. Family of 6 enjoyed the kayaks, fishing (we brought our boat) and relaxing. Cottage is close to everything. Tammey is great, quick to respond, and very accommodating.
