Note: Located 5 minutes to downtown Bancroft with many amenities, restaurants and entertainment, this is an ideal cottage destination all year round! We are located on Spurr Lake, a very clean and quiet lake with fishing of small mouth bass and sunfish. The area around the dock is clear of weeds and about 6 ft at the end of the dock with a sandy soil bottom. Minutes to ATV/Snomobile Trails.
