Newly renovated, our air-conditioned cottage has a beautiful waterfront with a private dock, with gorgeous views of Simpson's Bay. Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and a comfortable living area for your family to enjoy.

The fully-equipped kitchen is a culinary dream, boasting all the necessary amenities to whip up scrumptious meals. Gather around the dining table, which comfortably accommodates up to six people, and savor your culinary creations.
Unwind in one of the three inviting bedrooms, each boasting its own distinct decor and dreamy mattresses that guarantee a rejuvenating slumber. The master bedroom spoils you with a queen-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms offer two double beds each. There is central AC for those warm evenings.
Outside, a sprawling deck and waterfront dock beckon you to bask in the beauty of nature. Take a moment to relish your morning coffee or sip on a refreshing evening cocktail while soaking in the breathtaking view of the surrounding woods and waterfront. And when the sun sets, gather around the fire pit with your loved ones, roasting marshmallows and gazing at the twinkling stars above.
The cottage is located lakefront on a small inlet called Ragged Bight. It is off the larger Hay Bay, which is part of Lake Huron. It is a protected inlet and is perfect for swimming or paddling! Spend your days chilling on the deck or dock and enjoying the fresh air and tranquility that the area is known for. There are a couple of kayaks available for guests use at their own risk.
The hamlet of Tobermory is located just 6 minutes away by car. Bring your bicycle and cycle into town in 9 minutes! The Bruce Peninsula National Park at Cyprus Lake entrance is 10 minutes drive, as is the Bruce Trail access.

4 kayaks & 1 canoe is available for guest use at their own risk. Guests must provide their own secure and fitted Life Jackets. (there are lifejackets onsite, but you are responsible for ensuring they are the correct size.)
