Brand-new, custom and beautiful cottage build on the West shores of Percy Lake, near Haliburton Ontario (Dysart et al). Featuring: - Spacious bedrooms with multiple beds - All-new Endy mattresses and fresh linens - Starlink WiFi for incredible connection speeds - Beautifully forested surroundings for privacy - Spacious dock and deep water for swimming - Fully-stocked kitchen with many chef essentials - Pool Table, Foosball Table, Board Games Enjoy your time with the entire family or extended friends group with plenty of space to spare. You'll have a great time in Summer swimming (right off the dock), boating (rentals available at Fort Irwin Marina), relaxing on the dock or deck, enjoying the firepit, the wood burning fireplace or the gas burning fireplaces. In the Winter, you are a short drive from Sir Sam's Ski Area, you may rent snowmobiles locally or bring your own and you may take part in snow shoeing or dogsledding with nearby WinterDance Dog Sledding. Please note that in addition to the booking fee, we charge a $500 fee for cleaning and turnover that goes strictly to the team that travels a long distance to our cottage to perform a 2-person turnover in 3-4 hours. There is a beautiful public beach on Haliburton Lake - 10 mins from the cottage. It is generally never very busy, has a small sports area, a playground and lovely sand and gradual water entry. Note: Beautiful, secluded, with plenty of shoreline and no neighbours to be seen on either side. We are remote and off cellular reception but have dedicated Starlink that reaches throughout the house, to the driveway and all the way to the dock. AVAILABILITYLast update: November 29, 2025 |

| We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, which is just as it looks. The lake is stunning, and the dock is very private and quiet. We really appreciated the kayaks, the canoe and the lilly pad, which ours kids enjoyed. The communication about the property was superb.

| We stayed at this beautiful cottage for four nights over the summer, and it exceeded every expectation. The property perfectly blends modern luxury with the peaceful charm of Muskoka — bright, open spaces, high-end finishes, and every amenity you could possibly need.
The design is incredible — floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, a chef's kitchen that made cooking a joy, and comfortable, stylish bedrooms that felt like a boutique hotel. We loved spending mornings on the deck or in the 3-season room with coffee and evenings by the firepit under the stars. The 3-season room is fully screened for those rainy days. The lake access was ideal for swimming and paddleboarding, and the quiet surroundings made it the perfect escape.
Everything was spotless and thoughtfully prepared, from fresh linens to well-stocked supplies. The hosts were responsive, professional, and made check-in effortless.
It's rare to find a place that feels both luxurious and relaxing, but this cottage truly delivered. We're already talking about coming back next summer — highly recommend!

| What a fantastic new cottage in the forest near Huntsville. Everything was brand new, clean and ready for us to take full advantage. It was such a peaceful time. We spent the nights star gazing and enjoying the quiet and in the morning, we loved going for strolls and seeing the neighbourhood wildlife including deer and squirrels. It was a lovely time.
