This cozy cottage on a large property is nestled on a quiet street off Tiny Beaches Rd N and bordered by 2 undeveloped lots.
Newly renovated in 2019, this cottage offers 2 bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and great front and back outdoor spaces to enjoy cottage country.
Enjoy the evenings gathered around the fire pit or nestled inside by the fireplace on cool or rainy nights.
A great place for family and friends to escape the city!
During April 15th to October 15th there is a 5 night minimum booking required
THE SPACE:
Full kitchen with stove, dishwasher and fridge, along with all the kitchen necessities (pots, pans, kitchen utensils, glassware, coffee maker, toaster, coffee, sugar, teas, oils, spices and many others) and propane BBQ outside to cook meals during your stay.
Available year-round - this space has CENTRAL AIR for the summer months and FURNACE for the cooler months.
Freshly laundered Linens and pillows provided in all bedrooms. This cottage is CHILD FRIENDLY with a door on the main floor that closes off the basement area. The front porch also has a gate, enabling parents with young children to sit comfortably in an enclosed area and the backyard is fully fenced. A crib is available for any families with infants. Two (2) Highchairs are also available. One towel per guest is provided along with body washes, shampoo and soaps and other toiletry necessities. Please bring beach towels to use during your stay. Strict NO dog policy due to allergies in our own family.
Note: Barbeque is not available during the winter months (December to end of February) as it is wrapped up and stored away due to the potential for heavy snowfalls resulting in inaccessibility to it on the patio.

LOCATION DESCRIPTION:
Multiple beaches are accessible from the cottage - the closest being a 5 minute walk away. Lafontaine Beach (1 km), Thunder Beach (8 km) and Balm Beach (12 km) are a walk or quick drive from the cottage.
Convenient store and LCBO available in Lafontaine, or go into Midland or Penetang to stock up on groceries or explore Main Street and the Harbour.
Please note, for those wanting to enjoy Tiny Township in the winter months, our cottage is approximately 1 hr 15 mins travel from Blue Mountain.
