This newly renovated family cottage boasts a gourmet kitchen, large island, drinkable clean water, huge separate dining room with great bay views for all your family meals. A fire pit for night time fun, and over 100' of water front. The bedrooms are furnished with new memory foam mattresses, dressers and wall hooks. The main room is open concept with large windows and a wood burning stove. You can dine on the large family sized deck, soak up the sun or birdwatch. The lakeside boathouse offers additional space to sit and relax, enjoy a meal and entertain. The primary room is situated in its own area of the cottage with a 1/2 bath, complete with a walkout deck. Bring your own boat - or rent one from the Belmont Lake Marina, there is a dock. With 100' of water frontage and access to 2 kayaks, 1 canoe, 2 paddle boats, swim water pad, 1 row boat, and water floats, you are sure to have lots of summer fun. Great location for winter activities aswell, snow shoeing and snowmobiling. The bay freezes flat for ice skating. Bring your skates and snowmobiles for winter fun! A 15 min drive to Havelock, this cottage provides an easy spot to pick up groceries, grab an ice cream at the Belmont Lake marina, row boat/kayak/canoe to Belmont Lake Brewery, even pick up convenience items/LCBO at Sam's Place. Havelock has two restaurants for your dine-in and take out meals, The Station House and Woodys. There are several golf courses in the area. Only a 30 min drive to the Peterborough Provincial Park. Free concerts on Little Lake Del Crarey Park. Visit Cordova Falls at the top of Deer River, perfect for swimming and picnic lunch. For winter fun we are 500m away from the OFSC snowmobile trails, skating, snowshoeing, cross country skiing when the lake freezes over.
