Welcome to our stunning M&M LAKEFRONT COTTAGE on Drag Lake, located just 10 minutes from the village of Haliburton. Our cottage has many modern amenities while still retaining it's rustic charm.
Nestled in a 3 acre forested lot, you will surely enjoy your privacy as well as the over 400 feet of pristine shoreline.
Enjoy our brand new stainless steel appliances in our modern, country kitchen. Items such as our Vitamix, Ninja blender, Keurig coffee maker, waffle maker and air fryer will make your time in our kitchen an enjoyable one!

1,000 sq. ft. wrap-around deck for basking in the sun.
Host a barbecue feast, lounge in our Muskoka chairs, read your favourite book or dine in our outdoor dining set.
SUMMER FUN:
Enjoy paddling one of our (3) kayaks or take a canoe ride down the Drag river. Maybe you've always wanted to try our paddle board or better yet, hang out, sun tan or bounce on our 15 ft. RAVE RAFT!!!
If you choose to bring your own motor boat, we have you covered with public boat access only 100 metres away on the Drag river.
At night, why not wind down by the fire pit for marshmallow roasts under the stars.
If indoor sports are your thing, how about a game of ping pong, shuffle board, or give our electronic dart board a whirl...

WINTER WONDERLAND:
Come enjoy our beautiful winter paradise with family and friends. You will have great access to snowmobiling on the lake and trails, ice fishing, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, dog sledding and alpine skiing at Sir Sam's Ski Resort.
On those cold winter days, you can warm up outside by the firepit, or inside by the wood fireplace. Our M&M Cottage has it all!
