Welcome to our spacious family cottage on the water. Enjoy swimming at our river beachfront, kayaking and canoeing (included), paddle-boarding, biking (included) and bon-fires... Snowmobile tracks nearby and snowshoeing (included) in the winter or cozy up at the indoor wood-burring fireplace. There is a fully stocked games room, ping pong, air hockey and foosball. Enjoy family meals in our fully equipped kitchen and benefit from two BBQs and an extra fridge downstairs. The Town of Fenelon Falls is bustling with cottage-goers and quaint shops in the summer and the perfect winter-getaway spot if you're looking for a peaceful retreat. Main level - Kitchen, living room, dining room (table seats 12), half bathroom, office/ spare bedroom (double size pull out couch), master bedroom (king bed + 5 piece ensuite + walkout to deck)

Note: The cottage is located on Burnt River, in Fenelon Falls. The property is very private with the river running along the back property line and a dock + sandy beach area.
