Welcome to @brighthousepresquile, a well designed space perfect for get togethers with family & friends, especially families with young kids. The large property (0.5 acres) affords you privacy, convenience & a quiet place to relax. Please note during the Summer Season (June-August), we are only accepting 7-night minimum bookings. Conveniently located 1.5 hrs -Toronto 4 hrs -Montreal 3 mins -Presqu'ile Prov Park (beaches, boardwalks & trails) 30 mins -Prince Edward County (wineries, breweries, dining) 3 mins -Brighton's downtown (cafes, shopping, groceries) The space Brighthouse is an officially licensed STA (STA-08) permitted by the municipality of Brighton. >>You'll have access to the entire property, which is composed of 2 suites, each with their own kitchen, living/ dining areas and washroom.
>>Enjoy outdoor dining and play in the spacious enclosed backyard with an oversized deck, patio seating, bbq, loungers and a private pool.
>>The main floor consists of an open and renovated kitchen and large dining room. The kitchen is well stocked with cutlery, knives, mixing bowls, pots and pans.
>>The main floor living room has 2 large couches so everyone can gather together for board games or watching the SmartTV. 3 bedrooms well appointed with extra pillows and blankets and closets and dressers for ample clothing storage.
>>The basement unit has 2 bedrooms and its own living and dining area with a gas fireplace (seasonal) and children's play area. No need to fight over one tv!
Safety, Convenience and Comfort
>>Sobeys, No-Frills, Rexall, LCBO, Beer stores are all located a 5 min drive away in downtown Brighton.
>>Equipped with central A/C and heating to enjoy all year long. Wi-Fi, 2 Smart TVs and Blue-tooth speakers are provided for your convenience.
>>We provide 2 complimentary vehicle passes to explore the Provincial Parks. Sandbanks, North Beach are a short 30 min drive while Presqu'ile is less than 5 mins away.
>>There is ample parking for up to 9 cars on our driveway and guest access to the front door is with a keypad.
>>For the safety of our guests, the exterior areas are monitored with security cameras (Doorbell, driveway, back entrance, pool). We do not have security cameras inside the house.
Other things to note
>>Please be considerate of the neighbours and future guests. Quiet time is 11pm-8am.
>>This property is best for Multi-family get togethers, especially those with younger kids (We can host up to 6 adults, 4 kids very comfortably). We are not an appropriate venue for parties, bachelor/bachelorettes or large events.
>>There are no outside shoes and no smoking inside the house.
>>Guests MUST abide by our rules for pool safety and sign a waiver before use.
