About This Space: Hemlock Treehouse is a one-of-a-kind log home in Ontario. This 6-level treehouse is located only a quick 2 hours 20-minute drive from the GTA of peaceful backroad driving. Located down a long winding private driveway that takes you to complete peace & tranquility, surrounded by Crown land with no neighbours in view for your perfect vacation. Important: We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. Please note: Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted via email and/ or text to complete the verification.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Hemlock Treehouse is built with Hemlock trees from the surrounding forest and built by the original owner. The treehouse is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for your perfect vacation including:

The Treehouse offers 5 separate bedrooms, with 8 beds in total.
Bedroom 1 - The primary bedroom is a beautiful loft-style room that is flooded with natural light and spectacular views of the forest that can be enjoyed from a King size bed.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a queen size bed and is just steps up from the main living space with a sliding door to bring in the fresh air and its own workspace.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom can be found in the fully furnished lower level and is a double bed plus a single trundle bed that can be pulled out for extra guests!
Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is also located in the beautiful walk out lower level just steps to the hot tub and offers a double bed plus a single trundle bed that can be used for extra guests.
Bedroom 5 - This bedroom is perfect for adults or kids. It offers a set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on top, also found in the walk out lower level.
BATHROOMS:
The house has 2 full bathrooms, each with plenty of storage and impressive water pressure. The main floor bathroom contains a shower / tub, and the second provides a bathtub. These two bathrooms have ample space for all guests so you won't have to spend time waiting!

| Such a beautiful cottage! Looks just like the pictures. Having two living rooms was such a treat for the kids. Big beautiful windows and trees everywhere. When we first arrived we saw a deer and we had a gopher/ ground hog (not sure which) who visited us daily and would sometimes climb up the tree for some greens! Lots of bugs and they're quite aggressive so bug spray (and lots of it) is a must! Beach 25min away that is really great for kids especially, shallow start and very sandy. Lots of wood supplied for the firepit. No AC but a few good fans provided and later in the day/at night the basement gets nice and cool. Beautiful cottage, would return!
