Just 5 mins to town of Port Carling, 14 mins to waterfalls, 35 mins to Gravenhurst Nordic Trails. Snowmobile trails and ice fishing right on our lake!

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have full access to the entire cottage. Beach bunkie is available May thru Sept only. AC is pre-set and not adjustable by guests (the entire cottage stays breezy and VERY comfortable in summer). Please note there is no door to the bathroom, in the master bedroom. Our previous guests have not had any concerns, but please do not book if you do not feel comfortable with this. Thank you.

1. Oct-April the cottage can accommodate 6 guests total in 3 bedrooms + 1 on Serta Foam single mattress (7 guests total)
2. May-Sept the cottage can accommodate 8 guests total in 4 bedrooms including Beach Bunkie w/ Queen bed
3. No AC in the Beach Bunkie, however the calm breeze off the lake keeps the room and entire cottage very comfortable
4. This is a paddle-friendly community. No motor boats please
5. Water at the cottage is filtered and safe to drink
6. In summer, AC is auto-regulated and not accessible to guests, however we always ensure the home will stay very comfortable for all our guests.
7. In the colder months, the home is heated by baseboard heaters along with a wall mount heat pump. There is also a wood burning fireplace.
The home is one level with the exception of one step in the sunken living room by the sliding door & a few exterior steps, making it easily accessible for most older guests or guests with mobility concerns.
Please note there is no door to the master bathroom. Our previous guests have not had any concerns, but please do not book if you do not feel comfortable with this.

| This was our 2nd year staying at the Henny for our fall golf trip in Muskoka. Proximity to Port Carling and numerous golf courses makes it ideal. The cottage has all the comforts of home and is very well appointed. We took a day off golf, canoed & paddle boarded around the lake. We'll be back next year.

| If you are looking for a wonderful getaway in cottage country, this is the place for you. It is situated on Henshaw Lake only minutes from Port Carling. The cottage is clean and spacious and has everything you could possibly need. It sleeps 6-8 comfortably, and includes a spacious bunkie. A sandy beach area allowed for easy access to swimming, and a canoe, paddle board and kayak are also provided. Cristina was very personable and she made the booking process easy! We had a really great experience and would highly recommend this cottage to others.

| We've rented many cottages and this is by far the best one we've stay at. It is driving minutes from the port carling town core, but you are still very much tucked away and secluded from the noise. The sandy beach was ideal for babies! Ours was under 2, and couldn't get enough of it. The cottage was well equipped with all the necessities, and had so many fun water activities (sup boards, floating mat etc). Best of all, the views were incredible with the HUGE windows spanning across the lake. The only note I want to mention is that there is a central AC unit vs one unit in each room so the rooms got a bit toasty, but it was manageable. All in all, would highly recommend. Can't wait to come back!
