A unique opportunity presents itself. We have a BEACH FRONT cottage and bunkie available to rent to one family without pets for the Summer 2026 season (month(s) of July and/or August). It is on the beach sidewalk with direct access to sandy beach, two blocks from the tennis courts and two blocks from Gerry's Fries in Southampton. The primary cottage has 3 small bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms configured to sleep 7. The kitchen includes a dishwasher. There are laundry facilities and a barbeque. The bunkie has a small kitchen, a living area, an enclosed porch, 2 small bedrooms each with a single bed and a 3 piece bathroom. The cottage and bunkie are fully furnished. Each cottage has high speed internet, cable and a flat screen TV including a Firestick for streaming your favourite subscriptions. The property has 2 parking spots.
There is a firepit with chairs on the beach allowing you to enjoy your evenings watching the sun go down. You can also enjoy a short walk to main street with numerous restaurants and shops. Golf is a 6 minute drive away.
