Relax with Spa/ Hot tub overlooking the lake at our peaceful one of a kind retreat. Whole day sun exposure & 4 season Muskoka cottage right on lakefront with crystal clear water (or frozen lake in winters). Swimming, kayaking, boating or fishing right off the docks and exclusive private shallow entry beach. Canoe and kayaks, pedal boat etc are provided along with PFD's jackets (adults/youth only). Relax in water or in your hammock reading your favorite book or at bonfire with family on muskoka chairs. You are even allowed to bring your own small boat (public boat launch is 2 mins away) and dock at our place. The bay lake is awesome for sunrise and sunset boating, jetski & other water sports as well. We have one main dock for boats/seadoos, and a new floating swim dock for dive off in the bay area (very unique for our area).All one big package.
Our area is in middle of woods with one side mountain cover and the lake on other. Miles of Hiking trails. Walking with pets or without is just awesome!
Modern new family cottage (built 2023) on beautiful spring fed baylake (natural shoreline with beach and clean waters is just 45 ft from house). Property has multiple bedrooms and extra sleeping as well in sleeping cabin (optional), three full washrooms with hot and cold standing rain showers, living and dining with cathedral & high ceilings and stocked modern kitchen with full list of new appliances for guest conveniences. Satellite Internet/Wifi (Starlink) available for remote working professionals. For Entertainment, cottage has streaming services Netflix/Amazon on big screen TV with relaxing recliner couches. Huge deck with BBQ and patio sets with fabulous lake views is icing on the cake. Latest additions include convenient path/steps to the beach areas for the elderly or very small kids. Our shallow entry beach area is excellent for small kids just learning to swim or have wade fun (under adult supervision though).
Games Room:Books/Games/Fitness area available 24/7. Highlights: Ping pong & Pool, foosball, weights, treadmill, Stationary bike, ton of children board games and books library for all.
Outside, our guests truly enjoy the bonfire overlooking the lake and create memories for a lifetime. Hammock reading under the trees is much sort after within the group. BBQ time is always special, right on the deck overlooking the whole region. New Addition for 2026 (installed Dec.2025): beach volleyball/badminton!
Summer 2026 : Close to Arrowhead & Algonquin Parks. Groceries available at Perry Mart and 'Hope' Novar ( a few minutes away). Nearby Places to dine and explore Huntsville, Burks Falls, Kearney, Lions lookout, Screaming heads and more.

Note: Very nice cottage country area and right on walking trail in the woods. Kms of walks for your pets or running with lake views on one side and mountain forest cover on the other. In addition to summer, The cottage is great for winter enthusiast. Downhill skiing is nearby at hidden valley highlands skid area. Outdoor skate trail over a km long is very close by at Arrowhead provincial park (along with cross country ski and snow show trails). | Our family was a big group that was very impressed by the modern look of the cottage. Very spacious especially the basement that has lots of room to have blow up mattresses to accommodate bigger groups. Our family had a great time in the water that was very swimmable and for jumping off the floating dock. Loved the upper deck to enjoy the days and evenings looking out to the lake. Many large windows that allowed fresh air throughout the house so the air conditioning didnt need to be on some days. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. We all had an enjoyable and relaxing week. Thanks Alok!

| An excellent family get away with 11 of us there. Beautiful premises, arrived and it was extremely clean and well kept. Water was great for swimming and the children enjoyed it. As mentioned by others, a set of stairs straight down from the lower walkout would be helpful. Parking for 3 vehicles at cottage but there's more next door. We will return next year. Would have scored a 4.5 if we could.

| Our family group rented this cottage from May 29 to June 1, and it exceeded all our expectations. The cottage was beautiful, modern, and even better than described. All the essentials were thoughtfully provided by the owner, including bathroom tissue, cutlery, tea, coffee, salt, and sugar.
The internet connection was excellent, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was a wonderful added feature that made our experience even more relaxing and enjoyable.
A special thanks to our host, Mr. Alok, who was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and truly a gem of a person. His hospitality made our stay even more memorable.

| The place was exactly as pictured and described. Very well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Kids spent hours in the water. Because of its location right across from a small island, there is no boat traffic right in front of the cottage, an excellent safe place to be in the water. As others mentioned, the front to the water is quite steep, we brought a rope and tied it between the cottage and a tree for our own safety. We had an older adult with some limited eyesight, so it made it very safe, but we all used it. Would recommend this cottage,,and owner was 10 out of 10!

| Very fancy cottage , it was spotless upon arrival!
Lots of Kitchenware, lines life jackets all supplied as expected, kitchen even had some extra spices and cooking!
Hod lots of fun on the lake even tho it was slightly smaller then expected there's lots of room to boat and wakeboard along with the rest of cottagers,
Be advised the public launch is slightly shallow as well as at the dock and so caution must be taken with the propeller with any larger size of motor boat.
Hot tub and some games in basement added extra fun !
Host was always ready to answer questions and very reasonable.
Had a great stay and would recommend this to larger groups!
