This serene, private and charming three bedroom cottage is located on Haliburton Lake. It is 30 minutes north of Haliburton Village. It surrounded by beautiful trees and has big windows with a gorgeous lake view. The lot is very flat with no steep steps to the waterfront and lots of space to run and play. The large lot is particularly private as well, with lots of space for parking. The pictures and the view speak for themselves.
This one story cottage features 3 bedrooms, an updated bathroom with a bath and shower and a fully equipped kitchen.
There is a large deck and plenty of Muskoka chairs and loungers for enjoying the view outdoors. For outdoor fun, we provide a camp fire pit, slack line, ninja line, outdoor yard games, swim raft with slide, canoe, a kayak, 2 child size kayaks and a stand-up paddle board. The motorized watercrafts on the property are not available for use.
For the rainy days there is a smart TV, DVDs, internet access through Starlink, and plenty of board games.
We provide toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, cleaning products and dish towels. The mattresses are covered with mattress covers but we do not provide bedding (sheets, duvets, pillows) or towels.
At the beginning of the season we have deeper water off the dock and very small beach, later in the summer the water is shallower but there is a large beach.
There is also a public beach and playground close by on the lake. Haliburton Lake also has a well stocked marina that offers boat and Seadoo rentals. There are weekly kids bingo nights and kids baseball at the lake. Monday-Friday swimming lessons are also offered at the public beach.
