Lake Rosseau Village Cozy Cottage

Right in the Town of Rosseau Village, walk to the beach, lake, playground, The Village of Rosseau, church, boat launch, and lovely boutique shops. Famous Rosseau Market (Fridays in the Summer) Cross Roads Restaurant (Very Popular)! (About 2 1/2 hours away.) From Toronto.
The Rosseau Water Front is a five minute walk.

The general store: you are a 5 min walk -1 min drive also to, the restaurant, LCBO, and the bakery. (The bakery has pizza you can order). Other towns are about ½- hour away. The towns are Huntsville, Bracebridge, and Parry Sound.

Inside the cottage:
The cottage is newly renovated. A lovely space to relax.

Kitchen: the cottage has pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and a coffee pot, you can use coffee pods or an espresso maker, a kettle, a mic, an air fryer, fridge, a stove, and a water cooler. Also, a BBQ and a deck with summer furniture.

And, the property is great for children, and seniors because it has a huge yard and it has everything on one floor.

Close by hiking trails, and a lake for fishing, canoeing, beaching, boating, and swimming.

(The beach has lifeguards in the swim season).

Lake Rosseau boat launch is chained into Muskoka Lakes. For boating, fishing, and water sports.
