This pet friendly property is a fenced in, waterfront lot. The yard facing the water has no fence and has a drop off. Not safe for children.
Located in a residential setting, close to towns & major roads.
Private lake view.
There is private access to the beach but to be used with extreme caution.
Long stairs down to private platform and private beach.
This home is only suitable for 2-4 adults max.
The home is made for relaxing and taking in breathtaking views. It is made for outdoor living.
Kitchen is very well stocked and has all the amenities and condiments one requires for cooking.
Beds have linen.
Bathroom has towels and many toiletries.
If you have children I can do my best to try to accommodate. There are many children amenities provided.
WIFI throughout the home, many family games, toys & movies. This exists for rainy days, but I highly encourage the patio and beach for this rental.
A wood burning stove to get cozy by in the cool fall/
winter evenings, NOT to be used in summer.
The view will always be outstanding and sunsets that are sure to not disappoint.
GUEST ACCESS:
The Main cottage is all the access.
This cottage has an upstairs loft with a small bedroom. The loft has a queen bed and the other small room has a bunk bed with a full on bottom, twin on top.
The room with a queen bed is a loft style, small room open to the stairs and main floor. Privacy curtain only. Second room with bunk bed has a door and a large wardrobe.
Couch in living room has a pull out queen bed.
Main floor has a three piece bathroom with a tub and an outdoor shower attached (only used during high season - summer till beginning of October )
Panoramic window lake views from the living & dining room, along with a wood burning fireplace (only used in fall/winter).
Air conditioner window unit in main living room. Air conditioner in main floor does not cool the upstairs. Up stairs has many fans but no a/c.
Living room has a large 'L' shaped couch that can be pulled out into a queen bed.
There is a television, DVD player and a record player.
Galley kitchen that has all your cooking needs, spices, fridge condiments, all essentials and a BBQ with propane.
Pet friendly ( preferably one but TWO is the MAX), linen for all beds, shower towels, toiletries, Wifi, television, games, books, movies. Many extra amenities provided or will try to accommodate as requested.
2-3 Paddle boards are available to use upon request.
