Located on the popular south shores of Lake Nipissing, this private retreat offers 5 spacious bedrooms to accommodate groups of 10 - 12 guests (ideal for multi-family occupancy) year-round. Enjoy a peaceful day lakeside on this private sandy beach or venture into the warm waters of Lake Nipissing for fun and endless excitement on the paddleboards and kayaks during summer months.

For anglers in the family, Lake Nipissing offers some of the best pickerel fishing in Ontario! Spring, Summer, Winter or Fall, fishing on Lake Nipissing is outstanding! Ice fishing packages are available and include transportation from the property to ice huts 2km in-front of the home. Includes minnows, drilling of inside and exterior fishing holes and transportation to and from fishing huts.

Winter offers some of the best snowmobile trails in Ontario at our doorsteps! Lots of room for storage of snow machines with the driveway holding up to 10 vehicles.

For the skiers in the family the Waltonian Lake House Retreat is less than 30 minutes from Laurentian Skill Hill. Enjoy a great day on the slopes then come home to a warm wood fire and home cooked meal in the amazing kitchen, offering all the amenities of home!
