With nearly 1,700 square feet of luxurious living space, this winterized haven boasts a private gym, a captivating sunroom, and 5+1 spacious bedrooms (including a unique wall bed in the gym), along with 2 well-appointed bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.

Nestled within the scenic Sand Bay Resort in Nobel, Georgian Bay, our house immerses you in the heart of the exquisite 30,000 Islands resort region. Get ready for an unforgettable winter getaway filled with relaxation and adventure!

-We recommend boiling tap water or stocking up bottled water for drinking. 
-We don't offer boat rentals; you can dock your boat at our resort free of charge. 
-The cottage has a private propane BBQ, propane is provided. There's a shared fire pit, the wood is provided. 
-Guests can use the water equipment (kayaks, canoes and life jackets) free of charge on a first come, first served basis if weather conditions permit.
-Well-behaved pets are welcome, 2 pets max., there is a $100 flat pet fee.
