Affordable getaway! Cottaging the way it should be! This location will not disappoint with gorgeous lake views and sought after privacy. A very clean, quaint and cozy, small 3 bedroom fully renovated family cottage with lots of rustic charm and personality. Suitable for up to 6 guests, maximum. This is a 6.5 acre property with private natural yard surrounded by towering trees, trails and is situated on a gorgeous lake with great fishing. Just a 20 min drive to the cute little town of Barry's Bay which has all the essentials and just a 10 min drive to convenience/ ice cream/LCBO store!
Included are TV with satellite service, DVD player and movie selection, no wifi (but good cell/data reception), full kitchen (no dishwasher), BBQ with propane, washer and dryer, air conditioning, 2 kayaks, aluminum rowboat, 12ft trampoline, outdoor patio set, lounging bench swing at your own private beach with dock. Choose to use our backyard or beachfront fire pits (firewood included). The cottage is plumbed with lake water so we also include three 5 gallon jugs of water for the water dispenser and due to available space we only offer a private outdoor hot shower (and it's pretty awesome!).
Our 3 bedrooms includes: 1 queen bed, twin over double bunk and twin over twin bunk, renters are expected to bring their own bedding/linens, coverings and towels. Pillows are available.
There are no cleaning fees so we ask that you leave the cottage as you found it. No fees or taxes.
