Welcome to Birch Bay Lakehouse! This newer, luxury cottage is located on beautiful Stewart Lake in Muskoka. Only 2 hours from Toronto, our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom cottage is sure to provide family memories that will last a lifetime. Our interior has incredible views of the lake from the kitchen to our loft. Spend your time on the dock enjoying the kayaks & water. In the winter end your day relaxing by the lakeside fire pit, hot tub, or in the cozy screen room seeing the sunset. NOTE: The cottage accommodates up to 10 adults & 2 Children under 2. Our space is designed for family gatherings and small get-togethers with friends. Please note that we don't allow any parties. We want to maintain the relaxing atmosphere at the property. Have a unique inquiry? Send us a message! SUMMER: Weekly bookings are required for summer. Friday to Friday. If there are weeks with less than 7 days, we will allow it. PETS: We allow 1 non-shedding dog, on a case-by-case basis. Dog must be house trained. No puppies, cats or other animals are allowed. The Space: The Lakehouse is beautifully decorated with cozy cottage vibes while still providing you with all the luxuries (and then some!) of home. Details include warm pine ceilings, shiplap walls, and impressive vaulted ceilings. The large custom kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook while on your vacation including an induction stove, full-size fridge and bar fridge. Our bedrooms are all furnished with comfortable, high-quality mattresses for incredible restful sleep. If you are lucky enough to claim the master bedroom, you will wake up to a view of the lake right from your bed, and your own private deck! We provide soft bath towels and crisp white bed linens, along with bathroom necessities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. During the cooler months, enjoy relaxing by the stone gas fireplace while taking in the beautiful lake views.

BEDROOMS:
Birch Bay Lakehouse offers 5 bedrooms, with 8 beds in total.
Bedroom 1 - The primary bedroom is a beautiful high ceiling style room that is flooded with natural light and spectacular views of the lake that can be enjoyed from a king size bed. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet as well as a deck overlooking the lake.
Bedroom 2 - This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, with incredible windows and is steps away from the 2nd level loft that overlooks the grand living room.
Bedroom 3 - This bedroom is perfect for adults or kids. It offers a double set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and single bed on top and a single bunk bed. It is also found on the 2nd level.
Bedroom 4 - This bedroom has a king size bed and is located in the basement level of the cottage.
Bedroom 5 - This bedroom has a king size bed and is located in the basement level of the cottage.
BATHROOMS:
The cottage has 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. They each have plenty of storage and impressive water pressure. The ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom on the main level contains a shower and single sink with ample room for hanging your towels. The second bathroom located on the 2nd level is for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom and has a shower/bath and vanity. Our third bathroom is a half bathroom with vanity on the main level for additional space so guests won't have to spend time waiting! Our 4 bathroom is a full bathroom with a stand up shower & single sink. This bathroom is located in the basement and is convenient for guests sleeping in bedroom 4 & 5.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The Lakehouse is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from a Foodland and LCBO. If you are looking to explore further, Port Carling, Bala, and Parry Sound are all within 25 minutes of the Lakehouse.
For those looking for an adventure, the Lakehouse is located just minutes away to ATV and OFSC snowmobile trails, and close to some incredible provincial parks.

| This is our third year staying at Birch Bay Lakehouse, and it continues to be outstanding. At this point, it truly feels like our home away from home, and every visit adds new memories for our family.
Our young grandchildren absolutely love it here — the water hammock, the lily pad, the sandy entrance to part of the lake, kayak rides, fishing, and of course toasting marshmallows over the fire.
The adults enjoy it just as much. We make great use of the games provided, have happy hour in the screened porch, cook wonderful meals together, and end our evenings around the bonfire. The lakehouse is comfortable, well-equipped, and clearly cared for.
I highly recommend Birch Bay Lakehouse, and we're already booked again for next summer.

| This is the third time we have stayed at this cottage. As always, the cottage is clean & tidy, well stocked, and comfortable. We enjoy the hot tub, the water activities, the screened in room, and the dock. This is a great place for family & friends to come together. The cottage coffee bar is much appreciated. The mattresses are very comfortable. There are some great places to explore within a relatively close distance such as Bala and Port Carling. Our family recommends the following restaraunts in the area: What the Truck in MacTier, Smokin Birds and Scopa Pizza in Bala, and Tulo's and La Foccacia in Port Carling. There is a nice little winery in Bala which often has live music & the blueberry/cranberry wine is quite nice!

| Our family's recent stay at Birch Bay Lakehouse by far exceeded our expectations!
The cottage is exactly as it is described on their website and the attention to details are impeccable. They even leave some delicious chocolates in the fridge to start the stay on a sweet note. The cottage is very well organized and every comfort is considered to make your stay so enjoyable. You can tell that the owners take great pride in their place as it is well maintained and equipped with everything that you need from the spices and oils in the kitchen to the floating lily pad and kayaks all set for you to explore the beauty of Lake Stewart. They are also very responsive to any questions/issues and all are handled with such professionalism. We truly relished the 10 days that our family spent at the Lakehouse and take with us some great memories and stories. We will definitely be back!
