Perfect for swimming, kayaking, boating, jet skis and fishing. Access to the entire cottage with 3 bedrooms , private deck and patio, a state of the art fire pit for storytelling and stargazing. Dedicated kids play area and sand pit. It has been designed with love and lots of attention to detail. The perfect getaway to relax and have fun!
The space
The property is a private cottage. you will have the entire place to yourselves which includes 3 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen and 1 bunk bed), 2 complete washrooms, a fully equipped modern kitchen and a spacious living area. you also have a big sofa bed and extra mattresses to make sure everyone is comfortable. On the outside, a big deck overlooks the vast lake where you can enjoy a warm or cold drink taking in the serene and magical sights and sounds of the mother nature., and then further out is the yard with a custom built firepit, patio, kids play areas and a garden.
there are 2 kayaks with paddles for your use but venture out into the water at your own risk/
responsibility. floaties are available for kids too.
Guest access
Parking for 4 cars, plenty of parking space for a snowmobile/ATV trailer. Keyless entry. Public boat launch 5 minutes from cottage. 5 minutes to a convenience/liquor/pizza store and a 15 minute car drive to Fenelon Falls, 25 minutes to Bobcaygeon, 15 minutes to Coboconk for groceries, shopping, drinks at The Fenelon Brewery or dinner on a patio by the water. Short boat ride to Cameron Lake on The Trent Severn Waterway (Trent Severn Waterway joins Lake Ontario to Georgian Bay.) and a beautiful public beach with a water park for the kids. 15 minutes to Balsam Lake Provincial Park. Extremely physically accessible cottage and level lot. The lake is calm, with only a gentle current at most times of the year, perfect for paddleboarding, kayaking, etc. The street is also beautiful for long walks, bicycle rides or runs.
Other things to note
The owner's personal boat is parked at the dock. PLEASE refrain from touching or playing in the boat as you will be held responsible for any damage to the same.
the property has 4 external security cameras so be mindful and respectful of the house rules and treat our home as your own.
