Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage located on Lake Abitibi, a short distance over the border into Quebec from Ontario.
you are jus a few steps down to your own private beach oasis from the cottage!

Lake Abitibi is a large lake known for its amazing fishing/ ice fishing and its abundance of pickerel!
The property is also located right off the FCMQ snowmobile trail.

The cottage has:
3 bedrooms ( 1 king the other 2 bedrooms have single over double bunkbeds) as well as 3 queen size pull out couch.
2 bathrooms (1 with bath tub)

This location is a dream location for summer vacations, fishing trips, snowmobile trips, bachelor/ bachelorette parties and family getaways!

Closest large city is Rouyn-Noranda Quebec (population of 52,000 people) which is about 45 minutes drive away and has pretty much anything you could need during your stay. There are also small stores/ gas stations closer to the cottage should you need just a few items.

Our family visited this beautiful property recently (July 2024) and the pictures on the website truly depict the house and lake. The house was clean and spacious and the beach was beautiful and private. We all swam in the large lake and even caught a fish off the dock. At night, we saw many stars that we do not get to see in the city.

We did have a initial problem with the TV but that was resolved quickly by Brad.

We would definitely come back and recommend this beautiful property to reconnect with nature!
