Welcome to Pine Forest Cottage This stunning decorated and spacious 4-bedroom, 2 bath, 4 season cottage/ home is located on quiet & peaceful Lucerne Lake Ontario. Only minutes to the town of Bancroft where you will find great restaurants, Canadian Tire, Home hardware, and two grocery stores and three drug stores.
This property is nestled amongst white and red monster pine trees with easy road access. Located on the Provincial scenic tour for the Whispering Pines.
Open concept Kitchen to living room and dining room. Bedroom #1 has a King bed, closet, chest of drawers, full 3-piece bath and a day bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed, closet, chest of drawers. Bedroom #3 has two sets of bunk beds= 4 beds, with a closet and chest of drawers. Full 4-piece bath is between Bedroom #2 and #3. Bedroom #4 has a Queen bed, sitting area, TV with gaming console with games and is in the lower level.

We are open all year round for guests. The cottage is on a double lot so lots of room for everyone. Its all here. Summer swimming, boating, Fishing (bring your rods and tackle) paddle boarding, canoeing, etc. Fall has all the color's and the refreshing cool air along with ATV riding, or just sit around the fire pit and relax. Winter has great snowmobiling on the hundreds of miles of trails in the area. Lots of parking the the sled trailers. Skiing and snowshoeing are also an option. Spring is a great time to get out and see all the new life being born. Of course, this is a great time to have the wood stove on and enjoy the sauna.

| Lovely cottage, spacious with all of the amenities, including a mother's dream of a dishwasher, and washer/dryer. Well located in a quiet country road on a huge property that is Lakeside. Close to Bancroft and close to activities.
Host was easily accessible for questions, but we didn't have many as the cottage is well appointed

| Where to begin.. It was BEAUTIFUL, quiet, fun and relaxing all in one! It was the getaway we had all been wanting.
We stayed here with 4 adults, 1 infant, and 1 dog. The cottage itself was perfect for us and child friendly - Dale even provided us with a proper crib and baby items for our stay. Everyone was extremely comfortable and we all truly "slept like babies" here. The cottage has everything you need (and more).
Being in close proximity to Bancroft was helpful for anything we needed to pick up.
The cottage grounds are very spacious, grassy, and flat. The smell of fresh forest air and sounds of nature, makes you feel so good. Night time fires and star gazing are not to be missed.
The lake is AMAZING. The water is so incredibly clear and NO WEEDS! You can either walk in gradually or jump in off the dock.
If anyone asks us where to rent a cottage.. we are recommending this one! Dale is very kind and hospitable, the cottage is wonderful - what more could you ask for?!

| This was our first time staying here and we were blown away. There was so much for us to do there from cannoning to horse shoes. It is such a wonderful space and we will definitely be back!

| This is an ideal family cottage. We've now stayed here two times, with 4 adults and 2 young children. The cottage is charming, spacious, and very well maintained. The lake is small and quiet - perfect for a family canoe ride or a dog perched on a paddleboard. Between all the activities available on the property (tetherball, horseshoes) and the proximity to everything Bancroft has to offer (ice cream, hikes, a playhouse), you'll never run out of things to do. Thanks for having us, Dale! Already looking forward to next year!

| My kids and I went for a wonderful weekend at Dale's beautiful cottage. It was everything we could have asked for and more. You have everything there you could need. Just a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy! We will hopefully visit again next year as it was just amazing!
