You can't find a better location to spend a Wasaga Beach vacation. Located on 30th Street North, right on the beach.. walkout to a patio and stroll the beach, watch the family enjoying the water.

This property is beside Beach 5, with walking trails, kids' playground, and beachfront. Beach 4 is a short walk also. The Shore Lane Trail runs through these parks, great for walking, bicycling, and running your remote control cars!

The house is three levels, parking for one car (outside driveway parking spot). There are balcony walkouts from every bedroom, some facing streetfront, and some facing beachfront.

Ground floor has spacious entrance, powder room, open concept living, dining and kitchen. These rooms have amazing views of the beach and bay. The kitchen is fully equipped. Walkouts to beachfront patio with BBQ, picnic table, and seating area.

Second level has spacious master bedroom with king bed, full ensuite, walkout to beachfront balcony, again with amazing views! There are two pretty bedrooms each with a queen bed, and walkout to a large shared streetfront balcony, which is lovely and cool especially in the hot afternoon. These bedrooms share a full bathroom on the same level.

Third level is the big surprise! Large living room with TV, and walkouts to a large, covered, private beachfront balcony with stunning unimpeded views of the beach, bay, sunsets, even Blue Mountain! To enhance the enjoyment of this space, there is a wet bar with coffeemaker, tea kettle for morning beverages, and a bar fridge for bevvies and snacks.
