Springhaven is positioned along the shore of beautiful Spring Lake which is a clear & clean lake surrounded by natural crown land, with excellent swimming, fishing and a nearby public boat launch. Our two-unit, lake-level cottage is newly renovated and tastefully decorated. This lower unit cottage, available for rental, is bright and airy and all rooms have exceptional lake views. It contains two bedrooms plus a den with two additional single beds, a four-piece bathroom, an open concept kitchen, dining and family room area with 9 foot ceilings throughout and a gas fireplace for those cool summer evenings. It has a large 30 foot X 10 foot waterfront facing deck, a firepit down by the lake and 40 foot dock. Additional features include reliable Starlink internet, Shaw satellite TV service, large smart TV, propane barbeque, outdoor dining set for six, muskoka deck chairs and a two person ocean kayak.
